There is a wide gap between the two devices but they do share some similarities.
The Redmi Note 10 Pro was released in March 2021 while the infinix note 10 Pro was announced in May 2021. The infinix has an advantage over the Redmi Note 10 Pro because it supports a Spen. The Redmi comes with an IR blaster and I guess we can settle the scores here.
As we all know the Redmi lineup by Xiaomi is their budget segment where they give you real value for money and this year with the 10 Pro it’s no different. Infinix has been improving its note lineup because it is their high-end offering.
They both come with quad cameras and the main camera of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro is a whopping 108MP camera. It is almost double the 64MP camera on the infinix note 10 Pro. The Redmi Note Series seems to be firing from all angles and you can confirm that with the Redmi Note 10 vs Samsung Galaxy A32 comparison. In other regions like India, the Redmi Note 10 Pro is Called the Redmi Note 10 Pro Max.
The price of the Infinix Note 10 Pro is NGN 120,000 ($300) while the Redmi Note 10 Pro cost around NGN 115,000 ($280) for the base model. Unbelievable price for the Redmi Note 10 Pro. Infinix Note 10 Pro vs Redmi Note 10 Pro – All Aspect Comparison
Display Aspect

We are starting with the display and both phones come with a 1080p Full HD plus display but the Redmi Note 10 Pro has an AMOLED display. The Infinix comes with an IPS LCD at 6.95 inch which is quite big for one-hand usage. Talking about the Redmi Note 10 Pro display size, it comes in at 6.6 inches and it’s big in my opinion.
Both devices come with a high refresh rate with the Redmi having a 120Hz refresh rate while the Infinix has 90Hz. The refresh rate on the Redmi is higher and it makes the display even smoother when scrolling and gaming. We have a 240Hz touch sampling rate on the Redmi Note 10 Pro, responding quickly to touches. The Infiinix is lacking in terms of touch sampling rate and the 90Hz refresh rate isn’t as smooth as the 120Hz as we see on the Redmi Note 10 Pro.
AMOLED displays give you accurate colors more than an IPS LCD and the display of the Redmi Note 10 Pro is usable under direct sunlight but you have to crank up the display of the Infinix Note 10 Pro under direct sunlight. Both phones have a punch hole cut out that houses the selfie camera more about cameras later on.
The Redmi has Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the front glass but Infinix didn’t specify the protection type on their display. There is a big difference between the two displays and the Redmi Note 10 Pro has a better display than the Infinix Note 10 Pro.
Design Aspect – Infinix Note 10 Pro vs Redmi Note 10 Pro
Both phones are made of different components with the Redmi Note 10 Pro made of glass at the front and back with a plastic frame. The Infinix Note 10 Pro is made of plastic at the back and glass upfront but the frames are also plastic. When it comes to this aspect plastic is more durable and glass can easily shatter when it drops.
They both have their fingerprint sensor by the side and it doubles as the unlock key. Both phones charge via USB type C port and yes, they both have a dual stereo speaker. There is a headphone jack on both phones but the Redmi has an IR blaster at the top. With the IR blaster, you can control your Air conditioner or television. You can use a spen on the display of the Infinix and this feature alone is important for productive people.
The volume rockers and sim card holder placement are the same on both phones. They both have quad cameras and the infinix note 10 Pro cameras come arranged in a square bump. That of the Redmi comes in arranged in a vertical bump and it features a big sensor it pultrudes outside the phone but if you apply the TPU case in the box it will be fine. Both phones are slippery so it’s best if you apply a case.
they have a reasonable screen-to-body ratio with small chins at the bottom. No bezels at the top because we have a centered punched hole at the middle of the display. In this aspect it might come down to personal choice. Glass looks and feels premium but plastic is more durable.
Camera Aspect Comparison

Okay so in terms of camera the Redmi note 10 pro has a primary 108 camera and It is really good. The infinix comes with a 64MP camera that is not bad as well. Both phones have three extra cameras apart from the main one. We have an additional 8MP ultrawide lens, 2MP depth, and 2MP monochrome lens on the Infinix Note 10 Pro. The Redmi has an additional 8MP ultrawide lens, 5MP macro lens, and 5MP depth sensor.
The selfie camera on both phones is 16MP and it can shoot 1080p at 30 frames per second on both devices. You are guaranteed decent images with the selfie camera on both phones. They both have portrait mode with the front camera.
The Redmi Note 10 Pro has a bigger sensor and the images from the device will look better. However, the images of the Infinix will also look good because it is a big sensor as well. In this aspect, we just have to hand it over to the Redmi phone.
Software and Performance – Infinix Note 10 Pro Vs Redmi Note 10 Pro
Software
Both devices run on android 11 but the Redmi Note 10 Pro runs its own custom MIUI 12 while Infinix Note 10 Pro runs on XOS 7. They both come preloaded with unwanted apps but you can remove some. In terms of ads, the one on the infinix seems to be a bit more aggressive.
Surprisingly the Note 10 Pro by Redmi seems to have fewer ads and I can remember what I went through with the Redmi Note 9 Pro. Both operating systems seem to be unique in their own way. If I am to choose I will pick the MIUI ahead of the Xos.
Performance
The Redmi is powered by the snapdragon 732G while the Infinix has the MediaTek Helio G95 and they are both capable of midrange chips. The performance and benchmark scores of both chipsets are similar. They can both handle gaming but the SD 732G seem to be better when playing games like CoD mobile.
The high refresh rate on both phones makes gaming even better. The Redmi is also taking the day for me in this aspect because boy it didn’t lag no matter what I threw at it while I was using it.
Storage & Ram
Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro – 6/8 GB RAM, 64/128 GB Storage
Infinix Note 10 Pro – 6/8 GB RAM, 64/128/256 GB Storage
Battery Aspect
The battery on the infinix note 10 pro is a 5000mAh battery and the Redmi Note 10 Pro comes with a 5020mAh battery. Both phones come with a 33W fast charger that is significantly fast. The devices will give you a complete day of usage even when you turn on the high refresh rate.
You can preserve the Redmi note 10 Pro battery by turning on the dark mode because it’s AMOLED so it won’t consume much power.
This aspect is a tie because they are both the same and will last a whole day regardless of how you use them.

Conclusion
In some aspects, the Redmi Note 10 is quite clearly ahead of the Infinix Note 10 Pro. The base model that has 6GB Ram and 64GB storage only cost NGN 115,000 ($280). It makes it difficult to recommend the Infinix Note 10 Pro that is also not bad.
They share few similarities and regardless of the one you buy the performance you will get is top-notch. If you care more about display and camera then the Redmi should be what should buy. Hopefully, you enjoyed this one and if you want us to compare any phones just name them in the comments.
