Xiaomi 13: Rumors About The Price in European Countries

The Xiaomi 13 is official in China and the price is very competitive: will it be the same in Europe too?

Last December, Xiaomi announced the new Xiaomi 13 in China. There are two variants that should also arrive in Europe: the standard variant of Xiaomi 13 and the variant of Xiaomi 13 Pro.

Let’s start immediately with the price: the two Xiaomi devices are sold at the exchange rate respectively at $550 and $680. In Europe, as expected, the prices will be different. However, the problem seems to be worse than expected: there is talk of an entry price of $999 for the non-Pro model of the two devices. For the Pro, a price higher than the first of about $100 is expected.

As high as the price may seem, it must be contextualized with respect to the prices for the top of the range that we are now used to seeing in Europe.

The specifications of these devices are certainly of the highest level: we are talking about a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, an excellent camera as well as ultra-fast charging.

Despite the high list price, it is very likely that, in a short time, the price will decrease. In fact, almost all Android smartphones suffer a drop in price in the months following the launch. Through our comparator, also for what concerns these new Xiaomi home devices, you can surely find the lowest price on the web.

Should the prices talked about be confirmed, it is very likely that the competition from devices from China could help bring prices down.

The Xiaomi 13 series should be announced during the MWC in Barcelona to be held later this month. Therefore, there is still very little left before discovering the truth about the price of these devices in Europe.
