The western version of the Ace 2 model will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 Soc. The launch is likely to take place at MWC 2023.
The OnePlus 11r will be presented at the event which will introduce the OnePlus 11 model and the Buds Pro 2 earphones to the market, among other OnePlus smartphones. The successor to the OnePlus 10 family will be known in China as the Ace 2. From the Chinese website of the brand, we now learn all the characteristics of the product, which quite faithfully follows the rumors circulated recently. The OnePlus 11r features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC with Adreno 730 GPU, 8, 12, or 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 128, 256, or 512GB of storage. As always, we will then see which combinations will arrive in each market. The screen is a 6.7-inch AMOLED with 1.5K resolution and up to 120Hz refresh rate.
The camera compartment has 3 sensors on the back: the main one is a 50MP Sony IMX890 flanked by an 8MP ultra-wide angle and an unidentified 2MP auxiliary sensor. On the front is instead placed a 16MP camera. The 5,000mAh battery is compatible with 100W SuperVOOC fast charging which allows you to obtain full capacity in 25 minutes.
The operating system is Android 13 with a customized Color OS 13 interface. It will be necessary to wait for the official announcement to find out the price list.
