Let’s talk about two Tech Essentials. As a Techie in this modern age, there is some piece of gear that might appear as a luxury. However, looking closely, you will understand that the price to pay for optimal precision and increased productivity and comfort comes at a price.
Believe it or not, Tech gears can make your life easy or not, depends on how you choose to use it. Yes, I won’t argue that some Tech gears are in fact needless or extravagant at base value, but some are still important and for lack of a better word are “must-haves” or ‘’Essentials’’
There are some gears I consider tech essential to having a great experience as a Techie, these are none other than Headphones & Smart-watches
Two Most Recommended Tech Essentials
Why You Need Headphones

Music is life – you need to invest a good headphone to enjoy listening to music without background noise. You need a soothing sound to enjoy the serenity and upliftment that is embodied in music.
Pick a headphone that is fit for a purpose – To be very honest, headphones come in different shapes and sizes for different purposes. It’s like choosing footwear – you need to have footwear for every occasion. In the same way, buying a headphone need the same attention to detail.
If you are an average music listener, then you will need an earbud as it isn’t expensive and would provide the bare basic essentials you need.
Audiophiles on the other hand are nitpicky, they need a premium headphone that will amplify all the production sounds you wouldn’t get with average gear.
Headphones also come with active noise cancellation which helps a great deal in blocking out the noise that generators make while running.
As reported by soundcorridor, they are like mini studios you carry around on your head. As funny as it sounds, you will be forced to align with that paradox if you listen to music with a quality headphone.
Why You need Wearables

There are many wearables on the market – the latest one from xiaomi is Band 5. So much that you would be spoilt for choice. The most popular examples are smartwatches. This piece of gear is has grown from a face valued aesthetic that adorns the hand and a piece of undeveloped technology Apple had to wait for the technology to age before jumping on the wagon.
Smartwatches have come thus far that they can be implored as substitutes for our smartphones, not entirely at the moment but as rapid improvement is teeing this tech gear to take the place of traditional phones. There’s still a long way to actualize this dream but it’s still a hopeful one.
Smart-watches don’t just tell the time, they can be used as a travel guide to tell you where to turn while following Google map directions.
They work well as fitness trackers to count your steps, calories, and the number of hours you sleep in a day and much more.
This could be aggregated into a summary of your habits and would analyze your sleeping rate and compare it to an acceptable sleep rate for good health. The use of these devices is not limited and you can even use them to reply messages or answer calls on the go.
