The OnePlus tablet will be a premium product, it will have an 11.6-inch screen and a circular rear camera module.
OnePlus has numerous innovations in the works that will be officially announced on February 7th. During a dedicated event, the company will also present a real top of the range as regards the smartphone sector, that is the OnePlus 11.
The successor of the OnePlus 10 Pro will not be the only protagonist: it will be joined by other products such as the OnePlus Buds Pro 2 earphones and also a tablet, the OnePlus Pad. The first features and images of this product were released online by MySmartPrice, obtained from the well-known leaker OnLeaks.
The OnePlus Pad is expected to feature an 11.6-inch screen with symmetrical bezels. The right edge should house the front camera for selfies and video calls. On the back, you should find the main photographic compartment, enclosed within a circular module that certainly characterizes the design and is positioned at the top right of the body. It is not clear whether there will be only one or more photographic sensors.
On the right edge, you can see the volume keys, while on the left there is a kind of recess that some associate with a slot that could be used to insert a stylus to write on the tablet. There is no certain information on the rest of the specifications: the rumors have been circulating for months but refer to a primordial phase of prototyping when the tablet was simply known by the code name of “aries”.
At the time there was talk of a Qualcomm processor, perhaps the Snapdragon 865, but given the time that has passed, it seems entirely plausible that the final choice fell on a more recent SoC. Again according to the rumors, the presence of 5G connectivity and a battery of about 10,000mAh with 45W fast charging was also indicated. However, there are no precise indications of the amount of RAM and internal memory. All that remains is to wait a few weeks to find out everything about this device as well.
