Each year, right from the early days of Infinix Coming into the mobile phone industry, Infinix has always launched Hot Series for each year and these Hot Series do come with a competition attached to it to bring out the Hotness in the Infinix Mobiles fans. lol.
In 2019, when Infinix Hot S4 was, the company came up with a competition idea as a way to give back to the community and empower more people in the community and that was a great innovation.
Fast forward to 2022, Infinix Has launched Two Hot smartphones. The Infinix Hot 12 and the Infinix Hot 12 Play. The Hot 12 series comes with an astonishing design and comes with some improvements in terms of software as well.
The Infinix Hot 12 has an excellent design and this is one of the reasons why I love this new Hot 12 Series. They all come with a nice design structure and the camera placement is also nice settings.
One of the best features of the new Hot 12 Series is the ability to increase your device ram from the actual size to have an additional RAM size which gives the chance of running apps so smoothly without lags on the device and it gives a fluid experience while using the apps. You can get Up to 11GB RAM on Infinix Hot 12 and get up to 7GB ram on the Infinix Hot 12 Play.
Talking about the display, Hot 12 and the Hot 12 Play comes with a 6.82-inch display with a 90Hz refresh rate and it has a 720 resolution (which to me, it seems un-impressive because these days smartphone screen has really revolved more father than 720 resolution) but that doesn’t stop you from getting a nice and better plus clearer view on the display.
We have a MediaTek Helio G85 chipset on the series. The G-series of the MediaTek chipset focuses on gaming and performance which means the Infinix 12 series will be capable of doing great things. Thanks to the additional RAM. And the battery life is very excellent on the Hot 12 Series.
Another great thing about the Infinix Hot 12 is the fact that it came with Android 12 right from the box and this means a lot of interms of updated apps and more Android features right there instead of waiting for an update on Android 12.
The Hot 12 series is here and they are nice but there some down parts like using over 1hr to charge the device from 0 TO 100% when most smartphone companies are actually producing bricks that gives ultra fast charging. Also, in terms of display, the devices comes with an IPS display whereas AMOLED would have been really better.
