Oppo’s new top-of-the-range smartphone family is expected to be presented at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.
Oppo Find X6 will come in 3 different models. The advances come from the popular Chinese social network Weibo, where the specifications and also the first unofficial images of the new Oppo smartphones appeared. The models that will replace the Find X5s are the basic Find X6 and two Find X6s in the Pro version, namely Find X6 Pro Dimensity and Find X6 Pro Snapdragon.
The names do not leave much room for imagination: these are variants that differ due to the SoC used: the Pro Dimensity is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9200 while the Pro Snapdragon uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. On the other hand, there will be no distinction on the camera module: we will always find three cameras with 50MP Sony IMX890 sensors for the main one, the ultra-wide angle, and the telephoto lens.
A real trio of aces, therefore, which certifies the Chinese company’s willingness to position itself more and more at the high end of the market. After all, we are in the presence of a brand that has lived 2022 as an absolute protagonist. The feeling is that it could further expand its market share in 2023, perhaps gnawing shares at Samsung and Apple.
