The South Korean company will try to consolidate its presence in the Chinese market of which, at the moment, it holds only 2% globally. These are very low numbers which nevertheless leave room for growth. The Chinese market is essential for many technology companies and managing it becomes essential to maximize profits. Probably, even this prospect alone could help contain the company’s losses during 2023.
Strategically we could see a reduction of products launched by Samsung in 2023: containing expenses could allow for maximizing the profits of the products already on the price list.
Samsung will certainly overcome the crisis and it will be interesting to understand which of the company’s moves will be successful.
